Welcome to the week ahead filled with promise and excitement! As we dive into the final stretch before finals, the campus is abuzz with focused students preparing for their exams. The hard work and dedication of our students during this crucial time are truly commendable. In addition, a big congratulations to the winners of the oral spelling bee held this Friday: Aphrodite secured the first-place position, followed by Miya in second place, and Emily in third place. Well done to all participants for their outstanding efforts!

In other exciting news, St. John's will be present at the upcoming Christmas Bazaar on Sunday, December 17, from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm. Join us for a festive occasion featuring face painting, crafts crafted by St. John's students, and more. It's a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in the holiday spirit and support our talented students. Moreover, all funds raised during the event will be directed towards enhancing classes in the next semester for an even better learning experience. We look forward to seeing you there! MONDAY:

4/5th Grade Science will be learning about compounds and mixtures

TUESDAY:

4-5th Grade History, students will be learning about the tomb of Tutankhamun, the ancient game of Senet, and the life of Moses.

6-8th Grade Science will be studying the forces and movement

WEDNESDAY:

4-5th Grade Greek are working on the numbers and Christmas customs.

6-8th Grade History will be studying the life of Abolitionist John Brown and preparing for a discussion about violence and justice in the context of the American Civil War.

THURSDAY: 

MS Latin and HS Ancient Greek will be continuing writing projects and learning Christmas songs.

Friday: 

8th Grade Math will be graphing functions and equations
