This year one of our students, Anthony Maximov, received third place in the Physical Science category of the 29th Annual San Francisco Science Fair, held at the Randall Museum.

This city-wide event recognizes the efforts of student scientists in the sixth, seventh and eighth grades. Nearly 4,500 students participated in the fair this year. The title of Anthony's science project was "Can Indoor Lights Be Used with Solar Panels?"

Darya Possokhova and Anthony Glek received honorable mention ribbons for their entries.
