The Insect Discovery Lab, a program of the Center for Ecosystem Survival, visited the St. John of San Francisco Orthodox Academy in the fall of 2009. The students had the opportunity to see, touch and hold giant millipedes, grasshoppers, walking sticks, and cockroaches. The students learned amazing facts about these little creatures and the important role that insects play in our lives. |
